Wes Hamrick

Wes Hamrick performs jazz and studio music throughout the country. He was awarded a scholarship to attend the Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music at the University of Cincinnati where he later graduated with a degree in piano performance. His post-graduate work was at the University of Hawaii and with noted jazz pianist-composer James Drew.

His performances have taken him to destinations around the world from Moscow to Mt. Fuji. Wes has been a featured performing artist on Norwegian Cruise Lines, Carnival Cruise Lines, American Hawaii Cruises and for Cunard Cruise Line’s World Cruise. He has performed for entertainers and political figures such as Martin Short, Rich Little, Judy Collins, Joan Rivers, Maureen McGovern, Bob Dole, John Micah, Hillary Clinton, Mark Hatfield and Arnold Schwarzenegger.

A favorite with Florida audiences, Wes performs regularly at the Grand Bohemian Hotel-Orlando, where he is also Director of Entertainment. He is pianist for Walt Disney World's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa where his performances highlight American Songbook standards. His collaborations included work with countless Jazz musicians worldwide. He is in constant demand to perform for festivals, concerts, and corporate functions throughout the country.
